Dr. Nasr is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Islamic Bank (AIB), Member of the Board of Directors of Palestine Investment Fund (PIF), and Member of the Board of Directors of Sanad Construction Resources Co.
Previously, Dr. Nasr was the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Associate Professor of Economics and Director of the MBA Program at Birzeit University, Chairman of the Economics Department at Yarmouk University in Jordan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amaar Real Estate and Tourism Development Co., Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS), Director General of Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS), Chairman of the Board of Director of Palestine Capital Market Authority (PCMA), Chairman of Palestine Governance Institute (PGI), Member of the Central Election Committee. and board member of many councils and committees.
Dr. Nasr holds Ph.D. and MA degrees in economics from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, and an MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He taught at Birzeit University in Palestine, Yarmouk University, and Applied Sciences University in Jordan. He published many papers on industrial organization and economic development, served as economic consultant for various private and public institutions, and participated in many conferences and seminars worldwide.

شغل د. نصر عدة مناصب، من بينها عميد كلية الأعمال والاقتصاد وأستاذ الاقتصاد المشارك ومدير برنامج ماجستير إدارة الأعمال في جامعة بيرزيت، رئيس قسم الاقتصاد في جامعة اليرموك الأردنية، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة عمار للتطوير العقاري والسياحي، رئيس مجلس أمناء معهد أبحاث السياسات الاقتصادية الفلسطيني (ماس)، المدير العام لمعهد أبحاث السياسات الاقتصادية الفلسطيني (ماس)، رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة سوق رأس المال الفلسطينية، رئيس مجلس إدارة معهد الحوكمة الفلسطيني، عضو لجنة الانتخابات المركزية الفلسطينية، بالإضافة إلى عضوية العديد من المجالس واللجان
د. نصر حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه والماجستير في الاقتصاد من جامعة ولاية أوهايو، ودرجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة وين ستيت في ميتشغان، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. درّس في جامعة بيرزيت في فلسطين، وجامعة اليرموك وجامعة العلوم التطبيقية في الأردن. نشر الكثير من الأبحاث في مجالات الاقتصاد الصناعي والتنمية الاقتصادية، وعمل مستشارا اقتصاديا للعديد من المؤسسات الخاصة والعامة، وشارك في الكثير من المؤتمرات والندوات العالمية
